Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nayaab. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend accounts that violate this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your account is authenticated via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email address. You agree not to share your OTP with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use Nayaab to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users • Impersonate another person or entity • Post content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal • Spam, solicit, or advertise without permission • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Create events with the intent to deceive, defraud, or harm attendees

Nayaab facilitates the organization of real-world events and meetups between users. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Nayaab is a platform and not an organizer, host, or participant of any event. • You attend events at your own risk. Nayaab is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or at in-person events. • Nayaab does not conduct background checks on users. • You are solely responsible for your own safety and wellbeing when attending events. • Event hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event details they publish.

You retain ownership of content you post on Nayaab (photos, messages, event descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant Nayaab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

We may review, moderate, or remove content and take action on accounts that violate these Terms. Actions may include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Content that receives multiple reports from different users may be automatically hidden pending review.

You may report other users, events, or messages that you believe violate these Terms using the in-app reporting feature.

Certain features of Nayaab require access to your device's location to show nearby events and enable location-based features. Location data is used solely for App functionality and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can control location permissions through your device settings.

The Nayaab name, logo, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Nayaab. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App or its content without our written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAYAAB DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY HARM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ATTENDANCE AT EVENTS ORGANIZED THROUGH THE APP.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nayaab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of profits arising out of your use of the App or participation in any event.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
