Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Nayaab app by following these steps:

Step 1: Open the Nayaab app and go to Settings (gear icon on the top-right of your profile).

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap "Delete Account".

Step 3: Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@nayaab.app from the email address registered to your Nayaab account.

Please include "Delete My Account" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account information (name, email, date of birth, gender, username)

• Your profile photo

• Events you hosted and their associated data

• Your event join requests

• Chat messages you sent

• Photos and memories you uploaded to events

• Vouches you gave and received

• Your social links

Nayaab performs immediate permanent deletion. We do not retain your personal data after your account is deleted. There is no waiting period or delayed deletion schedule.

The only exception is where we are required by law to retain certain information (for example, to comply with a legal obligation or resolve disputes). In such rare cases, only the minimum required data is retained for the legally mandated period.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

If you created events with other participants, those events will also be removed. Other participants will no longer see the event.

If you wish to use Nayaab again after deleting your account, you will need to create a new account.
