Nayaab is a social app for discovering and joining real-world events happening around you — from spontaneous chai meetups to weekend hikes.

To get started, download the app, enter your email, and verify it with a one-time code. Set up your profile with a name, photo, and gender, and you're ready to explore events in your area.

You can update your name, username, profile photo, bio, and social links anytime from the Edit Profile screen — tap the edit icon on your profile page.

If you'd like to delete your account entirely, head to Settings → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed immediately. For more details, visit our account deletion page.

Anyone can host an event — just tap the + button and fill in the details: title, description, date, location, and guest limit. You can mark your event as public so it appears on the public feed for anyone to discover, even without an account. Otherwise, your event stays visible only to logged-in users browsing their nearby feed.

To join an event, send a request. The host decides who gets in. Once accepted, you'll have access to the event chat and all the details.

Hosts can also hide the exact address until guests are accepted, which is useful for events at private locations.

Public events are visible to everyone — even people who don't have a Nayaab account. They appear on the public feed, which anyone can browse by searching for a city or neighborhood.

Guest details and chat are still private. To actually join a public event, you'll need to create an account and send a request to the host, just like any other event.

If someone is behaving inappropriately or an event looks suspicious, you can report it directly from the event or user profile using the report button (flag icon).

You can also block users from their profile page. Blocked users won't be able to see your profile, join your events, or message you.

We review every report and take action where our Terms of Service are violated.

Nayaab uses your location only while the app is open to show you nearby events. We never track your location in the background.

You can revoke location access anytime through your device settings. The app will still work, but you'll need to search for a location manually.

Nayaab uses email-based one-time codes (OTP) instead of passwords — it's simpler and more secure.

If your code isn't arriving, check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure the email address is typed correctly. You can request a new code after the 60-second cooldown.

Yes. Nayaab is completely free to use — creating an account, hosting events, joining events, and messaging are all free with no hidden charges or premium tiers.
